Analýza dat a energetická kalibrace detektoru typu SpacePix

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na energetickou kalibraci detektoru typu SpacePix za pomocí simulací prováděných v platformě Allpix Squared. Dalším aspektem této práce je porovnání a diskuse výsledků získaných ze simulací a výsledků získaných při reálném měření. Vyjma výše zmíněných praktických úkolů se tato bakalářská práce skládá z rešerše kosmického záření a fyzikální podstaty detekce polovodičových detektorů.The core of my bachelor thesis lies in energetic callibration of SpacePix detector via simulations, which are run in Allpix Squared framework. Furthermore, the thesis contains comparasion and discussion of the obtained results both from simulations and real measurement. Another aspect of my thesis is literature review on cosmic radiation and physical principles of semiconductor detectors.
