Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu na okraji obce Dvorečná, nedaleko obce Lipno nad Vltavou. Rodinný dům je svou velikostí ideálním pro čtyřčlenou rodinu se dvěma dětmi, která hledá klid a pohodu Šumavské krajiny a přírody.
Pozemek je mírně svažitý severovýchodním směrem, kam směřují i atraktivní pohledy, které jsou návrhem podpořeny. Návrh respektuje místní nízkopodlažní zástavbu a respektuje doporučení Architektonické rukověti, Uzemní studie ŠUMAVA.
Architektonický návrh je doplněn vybranou částí stavebně technického řešení.
The subject of this bachelors thesis is the development of an architectural study for a family house on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, near the town of Lipno nad Vltavou.The family house is designed to comfortably accommodate a four-member family with two children, offering an ideal place for those seeking peace and harmony in the natural landscape of the Šumava region. The plot is gently sloping towards the northeast, which is also the direction of the attractive views that the design aims to emphasize. The proposal respects the local low-rise development and adheres to the recommendations of the Architectural Handbook and the ŠUMAVA Urban Study. The architectural design is complemented by a selected part of the structural and technical solution.
