Abstract
A state of matter called the quark-gluon plasma (QGP) is created at high temperature and density achieved in heavy-ion collisions. In this state, quarks and gluons are no more bounded in hadrons. QGP is studied at ALICE experiment at the Large hadron collider in CERN. One of the phenomena which can be observed in QGP and which is a part of this thesis is anisotropic flow.
