Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with psychoactive substances in a vocational school environment. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find what experience vocational school pupils have with psychoactive substances, (legal and illegal), what their motivation is to experiment with these substances, wheth-er pupils are aware of the risk of such behaviour, and what possibilities a particular vocational school has to reduce the risk of abuse of these substances. The theoretical part sets out the most important expertise related to the issue of drug addiction, including options to counter and prevent it, and the current drug situation in the European Union and the Czech Republic is described here, and this part also includes an overview of the current Czech legislation on the issue. The practical section sets out the results of a quantitative empirical survey in a secondary vocational school environment.
