Abstract
Rodinný dům se nachází v pobřežním pásmu vodní nádrže Lipno v katastru obce Lipno nad Vltavou. Pozemek je umístěn v řádkové parcelaci podél břehu nádrže v zalesněném území. Hlavními kvalitami této lokality jsou bezprostřední kontakt s přírodou, přímý přístup k vodě a jedinečné výhledy přes vodní hladinu jak na obec Přední Výtoň s dominantou kostela sv. Filipa a Jakuba, tak na panoramata okolních horizontů. Návrh domu čerpá z těchto předností a rovněž z místní stavitelské tradice šumavského domu, jež se propisuje do jeho funkčního a dispozičního uspořádání i materiálového řešení. Kompozice objektu sestává ze dvou hranolových hmot propojených komunikačním krčkem, zasazených do mírně svažitého terénu a co možná nejvíce mezi stávající vzrostlou zeleň. Dynamiky a kontrastu v kompozici je dosaženo jejich vzájemným pootočením a výškovým posunutím.Výše položená hmota je určena pro veškeré technické zázemí domu, níže položená hmota je obytná s výhledem. Celým domem prostupuje pohledová osa na kostel v Přední Výtoni.
The house is located along side the Lipno dam coastline within the catastral boundaries of Lipno nad Vltavou. The plot belongs to a line of plots along the coastline covered with a forest. The close touch of the nature and water counts for the main qualities of this place together with unique views of the village Přední Výtoň over the water with its dominating St. Phillip and James church and surrounding panoramas. The design of the house draws from these unique qualities as well as from the local rural housing tradition and imprints them into the inner organization of the house and use of materials. The composition works with two basic prisms conneced together with a stair neck and set into slightly slope terrain. Vertical shift and rotation towards each other bring dynamic contrast into the composition. The higher situated part includes all the technical background of the house, the lower part is for living. The view axis going through the whole house points to the church in Přední Výtoň.
