Polyfunkční objekt v areálu rekreačního jachtového přístavu v Praze 4 Podolí

Abstract

Cílem Diplomové práce je navrhnout polyfunkční objekt v areálu jachetního rekreačního přístavu v Praze 4 - Podolí, který bude zahrnovat provozní zázemí jachetního klubu a přístavu, včetně návazných společenských a gastronomických provozů. Stavba bude vícepodlažní se dvěma podzemními podlažími. Součástí návrhu bude také urbanistické řešení veřejného prostoru bezprostředního okolí stavby, s důrazem na jeho společenskou funkci a vztah k vodní ploše. Návrh by měl respektovat urbanistický kontext lokality. Diplomová práce bude zahrnovat celkové architektonické řešení a vybrané stavebně-konstrukční části objektu.The topic of this thesis is the design of a multifunctional building within the recreational yacht harbor complex in Prague 4 Podolí, which will include the operational facilities of the yacht club and marina, along with associated social and gastronomic functions. The structure will be multi-storey with two underground level. The proposal also covers the urban-planning design of the public space immediately surrounding the building, with an emphasis on its communal role and its relationship to the waters edge. The design respects the urban context as well as selcted structural and constructional components of the building
