Ochrana kritické infrastruktury ČR v odvětví zemní plyn, ropa a ropné produkty

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je ochrana kritické infrastruktury České republiky v odvětví zemní plyn, ropa a ropné produkty. Teoretická část vysvětluje problematiku kritické infrastruktury, přístupu České republiky k její ochraně a legislativnímu procesu určování prvků kritické infrastruktury. Současně je vysvětlena implementace evropského práva do oblasti ochrany kritické infrastruktury České republiky. V dalších části práce jsou popsány hrozby ohrožující kritickou infrastrukturu a bezpečnostní opatření, která mají za cíl, úroveň stávajícího rizika snížit. Dále jsou popsány a vysvětleny jednotlivé vybrané oblasti kritické infrastruktury. Závěrečná část práce se zabývá bezpečnostní analýzou AKIS současného stavu kritické infrastruktury v oblastech zemního plynu, ropy a ropných produktů.This bachelor thesis deals with a protection of critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic in Natural Gas, Oil and Petroleum Products sectors. The theoretical part explains the problematics of critical infrastructure, the Czech Republic's approach to its protection and the legislative process of determining critical infrastructure elements. The implementation of European law in the Czech Republic´s critical infrastructure protection is also explained in the theoretical part. The next of the thesis describes the threats of critical infrastructure and security measures helping to reduce the level of existing risk. Additionally, the individual selected sectors of critical infrastructure are described and explained. The final part of the thesis deals with current state AKIS safety analysis of critical infrastructure in Natural Gas, Oil and Petroleum Products sectors.
