Porovnání typů certifikace budov pro ČR

Abstract

Hlavním tématem mé bakalářské práce je certifikování budov v České republice. Cílem práce je vytvoření přehledu o využívaných certifikačních metodách. Teoretická část je zaměřena na udržitelný rozvoj, představení jednotlivých certifikačních systémů a přehled certifikovaných budov v České republice. V praktické části analyzuji rozhovory se zástupci firem, kteří jsou v pozici jak investorů certifikací, tak dodavatele certifikací.The main theme of my Bachelor thesis is the certification of buildings in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to create an overview of the used certification systems. The theoretical part is focusing on sustainable development, introduction of individual certification systems and overview of certified buildings in the Czech Republic. In the practical part I analyze interviews with representatives of companies that are in the position of certification investors and certifiers.
