Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the influence of the cooling environment on the tempering curve of the ledeburitic cold work tool steel X210Cr12. Steel was heat treated in vacuum furnace with option of hardening in oil. Samples examend in thesis were hardened in oil from temperature 1060 ° C and then tempered at 400-550 ° C as well as sample in hardened state without tempering. Tempering curve was created based on the hardness measured by the Rockwell method. Metallographic analysis using light microscopy was performed for cross-sections of all examined samples.
