Abstract

Anotace Zadáním bakalařské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtýřčlennou rodinu na svažitém pozemku ve významné lokalitě Prahy 6, která je jíž od 20. let minulého století znamá významnymí funkcionalistickýmí stavbami. Návrh by měl odpovídat dnešním standardům bydleni v rodinné zástavbě, neboť tradiční architektonické objekty této locality dnes už neodpovídají kritériím a potřebám moderního života. Portfolio obsahuje zpracování architektonické studie, vizualizace a vybrané části dokumentaci pro stavební povolení. Součástí dokumentaci pro stavební povolení je I energetický concept budovy.Abstract The subject of this bachelor thesis was to design a family house on a sloping land for a family of four. The building plot is located in residental area of Prague 6, well known for its significant functionalist buildings. The main task was to create a new housing, that would conform to today’s standards of living for individual houses, because the traditional architectural objects situated in this area do not correspond to standards and demands of the modern life anymore. The portfolio contains elaboration of the architectural study, visualization and the selected parts of the building permit documentation.
