Povolování staveb rodinných domů v ČR

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce bude shrnutí a srovnání možností získání stavebního povolení na území České republiky. Zaměřena bude zejména na povolování staveb menšího rozsahu ­ rodinných domů. Práce by měla být uceleným přehledem o potřebách a povinnostech stavebníka pro získání stavebního povolení z hlediska administrativy, času a nákladů. Práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem je zhodnocení současných možností a dále zhodnocení změn v novele stavebního zákona, s ohledem na to, jak pomůže malým stavebníkům.The subject of this thesis is a summary and comparison of the possibility of obtaining a building permit in the Czech Republic. Will be focused mainly on building permits of smaller houses. Work should be a comprehensive overview of the needs and obligations of the builder to obtain building permits in terms of administration, time and cost. Work will be divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim is to evaluate the current possibilities and to evaluate the changes in the new building law, taking into account how to help small builders.
