INNOCUBE - inovační centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh inovačního centra INNOCUBE pro ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. v Mladé Boleslavi. Stavba je umístěna do většího, nově navrženého, urbanistického celku, který byl řešen v rámci urbanistické studie. Záměr urbanistického návrhu bylo vytvořit víceúčelovou městskou část, jako vizi pro třetí tisíciletí pro město ve spolupráci s automobilkou ŠKODA a.s. INNOCUBE je navržen do parku na zklidněnou tř. Václava Klimenta, která tvoří osu řešeného území a navržený INNOCUBE jakožto "dům na kopci" a je dominantou této osy. Hmotové řešení je tvořeno čtvercovým půdorysem, ve kterým se propisuje průhledová osa územím. INNOCUBE nabízí setkávací, odpočinkové, tvůrčí prostory i jednotlivé zasedací místnosti pro setkání občanů a zaměstnanců ŠKODY AUTO. a.s. pro společné kreativní přemýšlení.

The subject of the thesis is a design of the INNOCUBE innovation center for ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. in Mladá Boleslav. The building is located in a larger, newly designed city unit, which was resolved as a part of urbanistic study. The intention of the design was to create a multipurpose city district, as a vision for the third millennium city in cooperation with ŠKODA AUTO a.s. INNOCUBE is designed for the park on soothed Václav Kliment boulevard, which forms the axis of the solved area and INNOCUBE, as the "house on the hill", dominates this very axis. The mass solution is formed by a square plan in which the territory is transcribed by the perspective axis. INNOCUBE offers space for friendly encounters, relaxation and creative activities, as well as individual meeting rooms for joint creative thinking, where citizens and employees of ŠKODA AUTO can meet.
