Fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem s využitím posturografu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je porovnání účinnosti individuálních cvičebních jednotek a jejich kombinací s posturografickým tréninkem u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Porovnány byly dvě skupiny po pěti osobách potýkajících se s bolestmi bederní páteře. Teoretickou část tvoří přehled anatomie a kineziologie páteře, informace o vertebrogenním algickém syndromu, jeho etiologii, diagnostice a léčbě. Součástí přehledu je také popsání principu posturografie a konkrétního přístroje ProKin, který byl v práci využíván. V metodické části je popis všech vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů, které byly při provádění práce použity. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní kineziologická vyšetření pacientů a na základě jejich výsledků stanovené krátkodobé i dlouhodobé rehabilitační plány. Je zde také popsán průběh terapií. Výsledky práce jsou v další kapitole zpracovány pomocí porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření a poté i výsledků obou skupin. Je zde zhodnocena efektivita terapie a posouzen vliv posturografie na bolestivost bederní páteře. Výsledky potvrzují, že posturografie má jako doplňková terapie pozitivní vliv na tuto diagnózu a na snížení bolestí bederní páteře. Práce je následně rozebrána a diskutována v porovnání se studiemi dalších autorů získaných literární rešerší a zakončena krátkým závěrem, který vše stručně shrnuje.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of the effectiveness of individual exercise units and their combination with posturographic training in patiens with chronic low back pain. Two groups of five persons each struggling with lower back pain were compared. The theoretical part consists of an overview of anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, information about chronic low back pain, its etiology, diagnosis and treatment. Part of the overview is a desctription of the principle of posturography and the specific ProKin device, used for the bachelor thesis. In the Methodology charpter is description of all the examination and therapeutic procedures that were used during the work. The special part contains initial kinesiological examinations of patients and based on their results there are determinated short- and long-term rehabilitation plans. The course of therapies is also described in this chapter. The results of the work are processed in the next chapter by comparing the initial and final kinesiological examinations and then comparing the results of both groups. The effectiveness of the therapy is evaluated here and the effect of posturography on the lower back pain is assessed. The results confirm that posturography has a positive effect on this diagnosis and on the reduction of lower back pain as a supplementary therapy. The thesis is then analysed and discussed in comparison with the studies of other authors, obtained by the literature search, and closed with a short conclusion that everything briefly summarises.
