Zámek Liteň - nové centrum obce

Abstract

Diplomový projekt plynule navazuje na urbanistickou studii zámeckého areálu v obci Liteň. Cíleně je zaměřen na návrh nového veřejného prostoru- náměstí s přiléhajícími budovami a prostory. Pojednávané území se nachází jižně od Liteňského zámku a volně na něj navazuje částečně městskou a částečně vesnickou urbanistickou strukturou. Tato práce se zabývá architektonickým návrhem třech bytových domů situovaných západním směrem od nově navrženého náměstí, administrativního objektu s obytným podkrovím, dvou objektů určených pro obchod a nového využití stávajícího objektu "Kovárna". V rámci projektu je navržen i parter a celkové řešení ploch v okolí navrhovaných budov. V návrhu se prolínají dvě filosofie pojednání zástavby a prostorů. Ze strany náměstí je zde patrná snaha o vytvoření reprezentativních fasád a prostorů, které důstojně zrcadlí obraz zámku. Na straně druhé jsou objekty otevřeny do rostlé vesnické zástavby. Její nesvázaný až skoro živelný vývoj podnítil jejich návrh a ty se tak snaží o splynutí a volné navázání na okolní zástavbu. Vytváří tak nenásilný článek propojující dvě rozdílné pojetí prostorů a architektury.The diploma project is a continuation of an urban study of the castle complex in the village of Liteň. It focuses on designing a new public area- a square with adjacent buildings and spaces. The area is located south of Liteň castle and is freely connected to it partly by urban and partly by village structure. This thesis deals with the architectural design of three residential buildings situated westwards from the newly designed square, an office building with a residential attic, two objects for businesses and new utilization of the existing building "Kovárna". The project also includes a design of a parter and an overall solution of the areas in the surroundings of the designed buildings. In the design, two philosophies of treatise and space are intertwined. From the side of the square there is a striking attempt to create representative facades and spaces that dignifiy the castle's image. On the other side, the buildings are opened into a large village estate. Its unbounded ,almost spontaneous development has stimulated their design, and they are trying to loosely merge with the surrounding area. It creates a non-violent link connecting two different concepts of space and architecture.
