Způsoby budování a provozování center excelence v akademickém prostředí

Abstract

Táto práca poskytuje pohľad na problematiku budovania a prevádzkovania centier excelence. Obsahuje teoretické vysvetlenie pojmov z rôznych úhlov pohľadu. Pojmy a definície sú podchytené praktickými príkladmi. V práci sú stanovené rôzne spôsoby budovania a vytvorená metodika hodnotenia týchto spôsobov. Metodika je v praktickej časti aplikovaná na nikoľko existujúcich centier z akademického prostredia. V prípadovej štúdií je detailne analyzované vybrané centrum z ČVUT. Práca sa zameriava na vystvetlenie vzájomných väzieb a súvislostí a pomáha pochopiť problematiku budovania centier v akademickej oblasti.The thesis discuss problem of development and operation of center of excelence. Teoretical part of thesis contains explanation of terms in different points of view. Terms and definitions are explained by practical examples. There are defined methods of development and its assessment methodology is created. Methodology is applied on several real centers from the academic environment. One center founded in CTU is analysed in case study. In conclusion thesis is focused on creating links and connections. It helps to understad problem of development and operation of centers of excellence in the academic environment.
