Abstract
Návrh auditního dotazníku pro interní audit systému managementu kvality. Diplomová práce, Praha 2020. Diplomová práce se věnuje systému managementu kvality společnosti Bioline Products, s.r.o. a návrhu auditního dotazníku pro interní audit společnosti. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje důležité informace o základních principech a koncepcích managementu kvality. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována rozboru požadavků norem ISO souvisejících se systémem managementu kvality Bioline Products, s.r.o. Následně je uveden rozbor problematiky provedení interního auditu a návrhu auditního dotazníku. V praktické části je popsán systém managementu kvality společnosti Bioline Products, s.r.o., proveden návrh auditního dotazníku pro interní audit procesu „Nákup“ a vysvětleny postupy použiti dotazníku v praxi. Závěr obsahuje náměty na zlepšení zavedeného systému managementu kvality.

Further, the related analysis of internal audit implementation and design of audit questionnaire is presented. The practical part describes the quality management system of the company Bioline Products, s.r.o. and presents design of audit questionnaire and explanation of its use during the audit. The conclusion contains suggestions for improvement of the introduced quality management system.
