Zhodnocení možnosti nelegálního nákupu zbraní na hlubších vrstvách internetu a jejich zneužití pro kriminální a teroristickou činnost

Abstract

Předmětná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegálního nákupu zbraní a výbušnin na hlubších vrstvách internetu a jejich potenciálu pro zneužití k páchání především teroristických činů vůči obyvatelstvu a státům na území Evropy. Popsány zde budou reprezentativní případy teroristických útoků většího rozsahu realizovaných v minulosti v evropských státech. V praktické části je proveden průzkum tržišť a jednotlivých marketů, které nabízí zbraně, výbušniny a střelivo vhodné pro páchání těchto útoků, a je zde relevantní potenciál pro uskutečnění reálného nákupu těchto prostředků. Tato analýza pramení z přímého průzkumu hlubších vrstev internetu.The subject of bachelor's thesis is working with the problematics of non-legal weapon and explosives purchase via deep web layers and their potential to be used for terrorist and criminal purposes against government or civilians in Europe. Few recent representative terrorist attacks on European soil will be presented to describe its problematics and impacts. In the practical part will be managed deep web markets research and analysis to find out what kind of firearms and explosives is available for purchase with actual chance to succeed. This analysis leads from direct and true research of deeper layers of the internet.
