Analýza kvality účetní závěrky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem účetní závěrky, její kvalitou a využitelností pro investora. Cílem práce je komparace účetní závěrky dle Českých účetních standardů a dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, které souvisí s tématem práce. V praktické části jsou představeny vybrané společnosti a je provedena analýza kvality jejich účetních závěrek a ana-lýza poměrových ukazatelů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of financial report, its quality and useful-ness of financial report for investor. The goal of the work is to compare financial report according to Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Re-porting Standards. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to the topic of the work. The practical part presents selected companies, analyses quality of the financial report and financial ratios.
