Města ve městě - polyfunkční bytový dům, Na Hrázi

Abstract

Návrh řadového polyfunkčního bytového domu v Praze 8, Libni na parcele č. 8, v rámci regulace Města ve městě. Objekt má jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V přízemí se nachází kavárna a jóga studio, ve vyšších podlažích je umístěno 18 bytových jednotek. Návrh reaguje na prostředí Libně a usiluje o soudobé, funkční a kontextuálně citlivé řešení.The project designs a row-type mixed-use residential building in Prague 8, Libeň, plot No. 8, within the framework of the Cities within City urban regulation. The building consists of one underground and four above-ground floors. A café and a yoga studio are located on the ground floor, while the upper floors contain 18 residential units. The design responds to the character of Libeň and aims for a contemporary, functional and context-sensitive architectural solution.
