Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu, který bude plně splňovat požadavky investorů a bude dotvářet jejich životní styl. Rodinný dům MOST se nachází na území severovýchodní Prahy, ve vilové čtvrti v městské části Kyje. Pozemek pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází v lokalitě se zástavbou převážně rodinných domů s charakterem zahradního města. Návrh rodinného domu a zahrady je zcela přizpůsoben požadavkům investorů – postarší manželský pár, který žije velmi aktivním životem. Jejich koníčkem je především caravanning, což přináší požadavek na parkování nejen osobního automobilu, ale také obytného vozu. Jejich sportovní aktivity jako je např. cyklistika a lyžování s sebou nese požadavek na velké skladovací prostory. Pro chvíle klidu a pohody požadují relaxační místnost s domácím kinem. Díky jejich cestovatelskému duchu a touze poznávat nové je dalším z jejich požadavků poskytovat ubytování cestovatelům formou Airbnb. Cílem návrhu je skloubit potřeby a požadavky klientů se specifickým pozemkem a vytvořit nadčasové architektonické řešení. Požadavky na společenské setkávání a zároveň nároky na soukromí sledují dvě oddělené hmoty, které jsou přímo propojené se zahradou
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house with the intention in mind of creating a perfect home for the clients. To achieve this, the house needed to correspond with the family requirements and expectations and be a suitable fit for their lifestyle needs. The family house MOST is located in the area of northeastern Prague, in the residential area, in the city district Kyje. The plot for the construction of the family house is situated in an area primarily with family houses with the character of a garden city. The design of the family house and the garden is entirely customized to the requirements of the investors - an elderly married couple living a very active life. One of their mutual interest is caravanning, which brings a demand for parking not only a passenger car but also a camper van. Their other hobbies are sporting activities, such as cycling and skiing, and they require large storage areas. For moments of peace and quiet, they requested a relaxation room with a home cinema. Due to their travel spirit and desire to meet new people is another one of their requirements to provide accommodation for young travellers in the form of Airbnb. This project was developed with an effort to combine the needs and requirements of the clients with a specific plot and to create a timeless architectural solutionTo provide a space for social encounters but still managing to offer privacy is the houses separated into two masses that are directly connected to the garden.
