Abstract
Uvedená diplomová práce se zabývá využitím systému řízení facility managementu ve stavebnictví. V teoretické části této práce je popsán vznik a historie facility managementu, seznámení s normou ČSN 15221 a popis podpůrných činností na stavbách. V praktické části práce je uveden příklad zpracovaného projektu na zajištění podpůrných služeb pro konkrétní stavbu.
This master thesis deals with using the system of facility management in the construction industry. The theoretical part of this work describes the origin and history of facility management, familiarization with the standard DIN 15221 and a description of supporting processes in the construction industry. The practical part is an example of the developed project to provide support services for a specific site.
