Crush syndrom – literární rešerše a návrh na metodický postup pro jeho řešení v přednemocniční péči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku crush syndromu a jeho řešení při mimořádné události, ale také i při běžném zásahu. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí crush syndromu, stručně jsou zmíněny první historické poznatky a dále je popsána patofyziologie a diagnostika v terénu. Další část rešerše stručně pojednává o medicíně katastrof, spolupráci složek IZS (integrovaný záchranný systém) při mimořádné události a o postupu při vyproštění ze závalu. Cílem této práce je zpracování rešerše dostupných zdrojů, zabývajících se ošetřovatelskými postupy při vyprošťování pacienta. Na základě dostupných zdrojů byla navržena doporučena metodika, která by mohla posloužit záchranářům jako ucelený postup pro ošetření pacienta v závalu. Výstupem práce je zpracovaní odborné literární rešerše a návrh na metodický postup pro ošetření pacienta s podezřením na crush syndrom.The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of crush syndrome and its management during an emergency, but also during a normal intervention. In the theoretical part, the definition of crush syndrome is discussed, the first historical insights are briefly mentioned and the pathophysiology and diagnosis in the field are described. The next part of the research briefly discusses disaster medicine, the cooperation of the emergency services during an emergency and the procedure for extrication from a collapse. The aim of this thesis is to make a research of the available resources dealing with nursing procedures during patient extrication. Based on the available resources, a recommended methodology was proposed that could serve rescuers as a consistent process for treating a patient in a cave-in. The result of the thesis is a literature research and a proposed methodological procedure for the management of a patient with suspected crush syndrome.
