Abstract
Cílem mé diplomové práce je prostřednictvím vybraných výnosových metod stanovit hodnotu podniku Contipro a.s. jako podklad pro potenciálního externího investora. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní vymezení pojmů a postupů pro oceňování podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na strategickou a finanční analýzu, finanční plán a analýzu citlivosti výsledných hodnot podniku. V závěru praktické části je kvantifikace získaných dat a hodnot. Stanovení hodnoty podniku je ke dni 1. 1. 2019.
The goal of my diploma thesis is to define the enterprise value of Contripro a.s. through selected yields methods as a basis for potencial external investor. The theoretical part includes basic definitions of terms and procedures for business valuation. The practical part is focused on the strategic and financial analysis, financional plan and sensitivity analysis of the resulting values of the company. A quantification of the acquired data and values can be found at the end of the latter part. The value of the enterprise has been set as of 1. 1. 2019.
