Podnikatelský plán založení nové pobočky firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otevřením nové pobočky oční optiky se specializací na dětskou klientelu a spolu s tím také otevřením ortoptického pracoviště. Je vytvořen podnikatelský plán, kde je představen podnik, charakterizovány jeho činnosti a následně aplikovány jednotlivé analýzy pro celkové zhodnocení podniku. Výsledkem práce je poskytnutí informací majiteli o současném stavu podniku a ekonomické (ne)výhodnosti založení nové provozovny.This bachelor thesis deals with opening of a new store of optician specializing in children's clientele, as well as with opening of an orthoptic workplace. A business plan is created in which the company is presented, its functions are characterized and the analyses are applied to overall evaluate the company. The result of the thesis is to provide the owner with information about the current state of the company and economic advantages and disadvantages of establishing a new organisation.
