Analýza podnikových procesů finančního oddělení a návrh jejich změn využitím softwarové podpory ve specifickém prostředí neziskové organizace

Abstract

Efektivita řízení procesů je zásadní pro úspěch každé organizace, včetně neziskových. Tato práce se zaměřuje na teoretické i praktické aspekty procesního řízení v neziskové organizaci. Cílem je analyzovat dva klíčové procesy ve finančním oddělení, navrhnout jejich optimalizaci a specifikovat požadavky na softwarovou podporu. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné termíny oblastí souvisejících s procesy a procesním řízením a specifika řízení neziskového sektoru. Dále jsou představeny standardy BPMN notace, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části práce. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu současných procesů, identifikaci jejich nedostatků a návrh budoucích stavů pomocí BPMN modelů. Součástí práce je rovněž příprava podkladů na implementaci procesu do softwaru v organizaci v podobě požadavků na software a případů užití včetně popsání testovacích scénářů před implementací navrhovaných změn. Je také provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných změn. Přínosem práce je, že provedená analýza vybraných procesů a návrhy změn ukazují, že po implementaci lze dosáhnout úspory času a v souvislosti s tím i snížení nákladů. Implementací lze rovněž dosáhnout dřívějšímu záchytu chyb způsobených lidským faktorem a standardizace postupů v rámci analyzovaného oddělení organizace.

Efficient process management is critical to the success of any organization, including non-profits. This thesis is focused on the theoretical and practical aspects of process management in a non-profit organization. The aim is to analyse two key processes in the finance department, propose their optimization and specify the software support requirements. Theoretical part will describe general terms of areas related to processes and process management and specifics of management in the non-profit sector. Furthermore, the BPMN notation standards are introduced, which are subsequently applied in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part includes analysis of current processes, identification of their weaknesses and design of future states by using BPMN models. Part of this work is also the preparation of documents for the implementation of the process in the software in the organization in the form of software requirements and use cases, including the description of test scenarios before the proposed changes are implemented. An economic assessment of the proposed changes is also performed. The contribution of this thesis is that the analysis of the selected processes and the proposed changes indicates that the implementation can lead to time savings and, consequently, to a reduction in costs. The implementation can also lead to earlier detection of errors caused by the human factor and to standardization of procedures within the analysed department of the organization.
