Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozpracování předchozí studie turistické základny nacházející se 1380 metrů nad mořem necelých 100 metrů pod pozůstatky bývalých Jestřábích bud. Návrh svým usazením kopírující okolní vrstevnice plynule navazuje na okolní terén a umožňuje využití zelené střechy jako vyhlídky na protější Bukovou stráň. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, první podlaží je byt správce s technickým zázemím, druhé disponuje 17 apartmány orientovanými na jih. Apartmány mají vlastní sociální zařízení, kuchyň je sdílená. Hlavní nosnou konstrukcí je železobetonový stěnový systém s dřevěnou fasádou v kombinaci s kompozity a kamenným obložením.The bachelor thesis focuses on expanding upon a previous study of tourist base situated at an elevation of 1380 meters above sea level, positioned less than 100 meters from the remnants of the former Hawk Buildings. The architectural design of the base harmonizes with the natural topography, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding terrain. The structure incorporates a green roof that serves as an observation point offering panoramic views of Beech Hill. The building has two floors, the first floor is the caretaker´s flat with technicals, the second floor contains 17 south-facing apartments, which have its own sanitary facilities, the kitchen is shared. The main load-bearing structure is a reinforced concrete wall system with a wooden facade combined with composites and stone cladding.
