Abstract

Diplomová práce je ve své teoretické části zaměřena na úvod do Facility managementu, jeho charakteristiku, hlavní body a principy a formy zajištění. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristikou vybraného podniku, jeho jednotlivých oddělení a popisem fungování procesu výběrových řízení v rámci této společnosti. Následuje tvorba směrnice procesu výběrových řízení v oblasti nákupu vybavení, materiálu, služeb, stavebních prací a ostatních dodávek ve společnosti.The diploma thesis is focused in its theoretical part on the introduction to Facility management, its characteristics, main points and principles and forms of providing. The practical part describes the characteristics of the selected company, individual departments and a description of the functioning of the tender within this company. Following is the creation of a selection process directive for procurement of equipment, materials, services, construction works and other supplies in the company.
