Negativní jevy na pracovišti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou negativních jevů na pracovišti, mezi něž se řadí mobbing, bossing, staffing, diskriminace a sexuální obtěžování. Teoretická část vymezuje jednotlivé jevy dle jejich charakteristik, projevů či důsledků a uvádí způsoby možné obrany a prevence. Praktická část zkoumá existenci zmíněných forem násilí a povědomí zaměstnanců o daném tématu na zvoleném pracovišti společnosti bankovního sektoru. Výsledky šetření mimo jiné potvrdily výskyt několika z uvedených negativních jevů. V závěru práce jsou proto doporučena opatření, která by měla stávající situaci zlepšit.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of negative phenomena in the workplace, including mobbing, bossing, staffing, discrimination and sexual harassment. The theoretical part defines individual phenomena according to their characteristics, manifestations or consequences and lists the methods of possible defence and prevention. The practical part examines the existence of these forms of violence and employee awareness of the topic at the selected workplace of the banking sector. The results of the survey confirmed, among other things, the occurrence of several of these negative phenomena. At the end of the work are therefore recommended measures that should improve the current situation.
