Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je revitalizace zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou. V předdiplomu jsme se zabývali návazností dvou území. První území je sídliště jménem Blanice, které je ve velmi špatném stavu a je spíše neobydlené. Zabývali jsme se otázkou zda rekonstruovat současné panelové stavby, či je všechny zbourat. V mém návrhu jsem zachovala dva panelové domy a doplnila je novou zástavbou. Druhé území se skládalo ze zámeckého nádvoří a navazujícího parku. Do návrhu jsem zapracovala i náměstí Míru, které vypadá spíše jako parkoviště. V diplomovém projektu jsme navazovali řešením zámeckého nádvoří a konkrétněji zámkem a přilehlé hasičárny. Přáním města bylo rozšířit expozici muzea a vytvořit prostory pro depozitář. Přistupovala jsem k tomu tak, že zanechám expozice i depozitář v jedné budově a objektu hasičárny přidělím novou funkci. Tak vznikla myšlenka přesunutí současné knihovny v zámku a vytvoření městské knihovny. Díky tomu také vznikne více prostor pro depozitář, expozici a administrativní prostory.
The subject of the diploma thesis is the revitalization of the Týn nad Vltavou chateau grounds. In the sub diploma, we dealt with the continuation of two areas. The first area is a housing estate called Blanice, which is in horrible shape and is mostly uninhabited. First, we dealt with whether we restore and renovate the currently standing panel buildings or tear them down. The solution was to leave the two panel buildings standing in the design and add new housing development. The second area consisted of a chateau courtyard and a connected park. The square of Mír, which looks somewhat like a parking lot, was also incorporated into the design. In the diploma project, we followed up with the solution for the chateau courtyard, more specifically the chateau and a nearby fire station. The city's wish was to expand the museum exposition and create space for a depository. The solution to the mentioned problem was to leave the exposition and the depository in one building and give the fire station building a new function. As a result of the examination, an idea to move the current library from the chateau to its new library building arose. These changes will leave more space for depository, exposition, and administrative purposes.
