Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá propojením informačního modelu stavby (BIM) s podnikovými systémy na Letišti Praha, přičemž se zaměřuje na první stavbu realizovanou metodou BIM. Analyzuje životní cyklus staveb, identifikuje klíčové pojmy BIM a hodnotí aktuální software pro facility management. Praktická část navrhuje efektivní proces propojení s důrazem na logiku, flexibilitu a správu majetku. Závěr práce směřuje k podpoře inovací a udržitelnosti ve správě letištní infrastruktury, nabízí konkrétní směřování pro budoucí rozvoj propojení BIM na Letišti Praha.
This diploma thesis focuses on the connection of the building information model (BIM) with enterprise systems at Prague Airport, while focusing on the first building implemented using the BIM method. It analyzes the life cycle of buildings, identifies key concepts of BIM and evaluates current software for facility management. The practical part proposes an effective connection process with an emphasis on logic, flexibility and asset management. The conclusion of the work aims to support innovation and sustainability in the management of airport infrastructure, it offers specific direction for the future development of BIM connections at Prague Airport.
