Abstract
The subject of this dissertation work is detailed analyses and studies for the fundamental concepts of Project Management of energy efficient houses in Mongolia. A work consists of twelve main parts which are future divided into detailed single-topic chapters. Research is covered by a compendium of advantages of energy efficient houses, construction alternative materials on construction market and all prospects of economics and project management complexly together for Mongolian continental climatic situation. Thesis is interlaced by many pictures and schemes for better understanding of this topic. The appendices consist of "winter heating fuel usage model" MS Excel program.
