Srovnávací studie pro TZB systémy v BIMu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výpočty tepelných ztrát, návrhem vytápění a vzduchotechniky pomocí nástrojů BIM. Jako vzorový objekt bude použit model vily Tugendhat, pro kterou bude návrh proveden. Součástí práce je seznámení s problematikou výpočtu tepelných ztrát včetně podrobného rozboru a definice základních pojmů. Výstupy z tepelných výpočtů jsou použity pro následný návrh vytápění a vzduchotechniky. Cílem práce je poukázání na vhodnost použití BIM nástrojů i pro českou legislativu.The bachelor's thesis deals with heat loss calculation, design heating and air conditioning using BIM tools. As a model building will be used Tugendhat villa, for which the design will be made. The part of this work is an introduction to the heat loss calculating, including a detailed analysis and definitions of basic terms. The outputs from the thermal calculations are used for the subsequent design of heating and air conditioning. The work is pointing to the appropriateness of using BIM tools for czech legislation.
