Řešení výkonnosti šnekového dopravníku

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o problematice dopravy uhlí do tepláren a v teplárnách. Obsahuje seznámení s klasifikací sypkých materiálů, stručný přehled dopravníků používaných v teplárenství a způsobů dopravy uhlí do tepláren. Dále byl proveden detailnější rozbor funkce šnekových dopravníků a situace zauhlovací cesty v Teplárně Strakonice, a.s. Z toho byly vyvozeny návrhy konstrukčních řešení pro zlepšení její výkonnosti.This thesis deals with issues of coal transport to the heat plants and within the heat plants. It contains introduction to problematics of bulk material classification, a brief overview of conveyors used in heat plants and modes of coal transportation. Then a more detailed analysis of screw conveyors and the situation of conveyor systems in the company Teplárna Strakonice, a.s. was performed. Devised using that analysis, design solutions to improve performance of these conveyor systems were proposed.
