Komunikace v podniku

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám nejprve komunikací jako takovou a pojmy, které se ke komunikací vztahují. V další části se již konktrétně věnuji komunikace ve firmě a její efektivitě. Cílem této práce bylo dokázat, že dobrá vnitrofiremní komunikace vede ke zlepšení celé společnosti a na konkrétní firmě jsem pak zkoumal, jak je na tom komunikace v praxi.This bachelor thesis is focused on communication in general and the terms that are connected with the topic. The next part is focused particularly on the communication in the company and its effectivity. The goal of this thesis is to prove that more than efficient communication within the company is the tool how to improve the whole firm. I focused on one particular company where I analysed how is their communication working in the every day life.
