Vliv předchozí operace katarakty na hustotu endotelu rohovky u zemřelých dárců rohovkové tkáně

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem operace katarakty na hustotu endotelových buněk rohovky. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie rohovky a její základní parametry. V práci je dále zmíněná operace katarakty. Nejprve je popsána anatomie oční čočky, co je to katarakta, a jak se projevuje. V poslední řadě jsou rozepsané jednotlivé metody operace a jejich vliv na změny parametrů oka a možné komplikace spojené s tímto chirurgickým zákrokem. Třetí kapitola je věnována keratoplastice. Zde jsou popsány indikace operace, požadavky na výběr vhodných dárců rohovek, jejich uchování a samotné typy operací a komplikace s jimi spojené. V praktické části jsou porovnány hodnoty dárců po operaci katarakty se zdravými dárci. Kde vyšel statisticky vysoce významný rozdíl průměru počtů endotelových buněk obou skupin.This work deals with the effect of cataract surgery on the density of endothelial cells of the cornea. In the theoretical part is briefly described anatomy and physiology of the cornea and its basic parameters. In the work is further mentioned cataract surgery. First, an eye lens anatomy, what is cataract, and how it is manifested. Finally, the individual methods of operation and their influence on the changes in the parameters of the eye and the possible complications associated with this surgical procedure are described. The third chapter is dedicated to keratoplasty. Here are the indications of the operation, the requirements for selection of suitable donors of corneas, their preservation and the types of operations themselves and the complications associated with them. The practical part compares donor values after cataract surgery with healthy donors. Where there was a statistically significant difference in the number of endothelial cell counts in both groups.
