Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií tlakového lití a optimalizací procesu výroby odlitku rámečku ze slitiny ZAMAK 5 pro firmu 2N Telekomunikace. Tento odlitek je náchylný na vznik vnitřních vad, především porezity, kvůli které vznikají vady povrchové úpravy. Cílem práce je analyzovat konstrukci odlitku a s využitím numerické simulace v softwaru NovaCast určit příčiny vzniku vnitřních vad odlitku a optimalizovat proces výroby. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení vlivů na jakost odlitku a jejich možná řešení.
This bachelor thesis deals with the theory of pressure casting and optimization of the production process of ZAMAK 5 alloy frame casting for company 2N Telecommunications. This casting is susceptible to the appearance of internal defects primarily of porosity, due to which surface defects are created. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the component design and to determine the causes of internal defects of casting using numerical simulation in NovaCast software and optimize the production process. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of the influence on casting quality and their possible solution.
