Řízení projektu zdrojových stanic technických plynů

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou projektového riadenia. Predmetom práce je analýza projektu zdrojových staníc technických plynov acetylénu, hélia, kyslíka, dusíka, N2+H2 a potrubných rozvodov, ktorého zhotoviteľom je spoločnosť ENSECO, a.s.. Výsledkom analýzy projektu je sumarizácia návrhov pre zlepšenie a návrh nového technického riešenia projektu. V práci sú využité nástroje a metódy projektového manažmentu.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of project management. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the project of technical gass source stations of acetylene, helium, oxygen, nitrogen, N2+H2 and pipelines, made by ENSECO, a.s .. The result of the project analysis is a summary of proposals for improvement and design of a new technical solution. There are used tools and methods of project management in the diploma thesis.
