Uplatnění IFR postupů a přístrojového přiblížení na letištích s AFIS

Abstract

Zavádění přístrojových postupů na neřízených letištích je aktuální téma, které v kombinaci s aplikací služby poskytování informací známému provozu (AFIS) přináší významné pozitivní provozní a ekonomické dopady na provozovatele. Cílem práce je úvaha nad legislativními, provozními a aplikačními charakteristikami popisované analýzy a řešení. Analýza řešení je prováděna v obecné rovině s příkladem aplikace na vybraných letištích. Součástí analýzy je zhodnocení dopadů na současný provoz letišť a letecké dopravy.The implementation of instrument procedures at uncontrolled airports is current topic, which in combination with the application of the Air Traffic Information Service (AFIS), brings significant positive operational and economic impacts for operators. The aim of the work is consideration of the legislative, operational and application characteristics of described analysis and solution. The analysis of the solution is carried out in a general way with an example of application at selected airports. The analysis includes an assessment of the impact on current airport operations and air transport.
