Hodnocení investičního projektu

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpětné zhodnocení již realizovaného projektu ve společnosti Kermi s.r.o., včetně zhodnocení základních charakteristik projektu, cílů a jejich naplnění, zhodnocení analýzy rizika, posouzení zvolených metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic a porovnání plánovaných a skutečných hodnot. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována problematice investičního rozhodování, metodám hodnocení efektivnosti investičních, druhům financování, a nakonec problematice postauditů investičních projektů. Poznatky z teoretické části jsou pak aplikovány v praktické části. V té je nejprve představena společnost, která vybraný projekt realizovala a poté samotný projekt, u něhož je následně proveden postaudit. Hlavním výstupem této práce je určení faktorů úspěchu a neúspěchu daného investičního projektu a doporučení pro společnost ohledně provádění postauditů.The aim of this diploma thesis is to retrospectively evaluate the already realized project in the company Kermi s.r.o. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the issue of investment decision-making, investment efficiency evaluation methods, project financing, and finally the issue of post-audit of investment projects. Knowledge from the theoretical part is then applied in the practical part. First there is an introduction of the company that implemented the selected project and then an introduction of the project itself, which is the subsequently carried out post-audit. The main outcome of this thesis is to determine the success and failure factors of the investment project and propose recommendations for the company on the implementation of post-audits.
