Administrativní budova v Praze Karlíně

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nosné konstrukce a obvodového pláště administrativní budovy v Praze Karlíne. Objekt se nachází v centru Prahy v ulici Křižíkova, vedle Hudebního divadla Karlín. Jedná se o budovu s šesti nadzemními podlažími, ve kterých se nacházejí velkoprostorové kanceláře a jedním podzemním podlažím, určeným k parkování. Nosný konstrukční systém nadzemních podlaží objektu je navržen jako ultralehký železobetonový prefabrikovaný skelet. Spodní stavba je tvořena železobetonovou monolitickou konstrukcí, tzv. bílou vanou. Obvodový plášť budovy je řešen jako lehká dřevěná sloupková konstrukce. Práce se zabývá zpracováním projektu pro stavební řízení rozšířeném o detaily konstrukcí a vypracováním environmentální analýzy objektu ve fázi výstavby.The subject of this thesis is the design of the supporting structure and curtain wall of an office building in Karlin, Prague. The object is located in the centre of Prague in Křižíkova street, next to Karlin Musical Theatre. It is a building with six above-ground floors serving as open-plan offices and one underground floor for parking. The supporting structure of above-ground floors is designed as ultralight precast reinforced concrete frame. Underground structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, a so called white tub. The curtain wall of the building is designed as a construction of light wooden posts. This thesis deals with the realization of the project for a building permit and provides details of the structure and an environmental analysis of the object and its construction.
