K úpravě hlinitokřemičitých materiálů jako příměsi do betonu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem betonových směsí s upraveným úletovým popílkem odpovídající normě EN 450-1. V teoretické části jsou popsány vstupní materiály, včetně vlastností. V praktické části jsou popsány úpravy popílku. Je zde popsána výroba cementových malt a zkušebních betonových těles. Je zde popsána zkouška pevnosti v tlaku a tahu, zkouška smrštění a kapilární absorpce, zkouška rozlití, sednutí kužele, obsah vzduchu v betonu, pevnost v tlaku betonu, CHRL a průsak tlakovou vodou. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a diskuze.The thesis focuses deals with the design of concrete mixtures with modified fly-ash according to the EN 450-1 standard. The theoretical part describes input materials including their properties. In the practical part modified fly-ash treatments are described. The fabrication of cement mortars is explained and so is explained the fabrication of examination concrete entities. The tensile and compressive strength test, the shrinkage and capillary absorption test, the slump test, flowtest, volume of the air in the concrete mixture, the compressive strength test in concrete, the defrosting chemicals test and depth of penetration of water under pressure. In conclusion are mentioned the results of the exams and the discussion.
