Stanovení objektivní refrakce pomocí skiaskopie

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnávání rozdílů mezi objektivními metodami vyšetřování refrakčních vad oka a zhodnocuje jejich přesnost měření ve vztahu k subjektivním výsledkům. Teoretická část práce uvádí principy, postupy a omezení metod skiaskopie, autorefraktometrie a subjektivní refrakce. Součástí experimentální části je uvedená studie, při které bylo realizováno optometristické vyšetření refrakce oka u relevantního počtu probandů. Studie zahrnuje výsledky skiaskopie, autorefraktometrie a subjektivní refrakce. Porovnávány jsou analyzované výsledky rozdílů mezi skiaskopií a autorefraktometrií, autorefraktometrií a subjektivní refrakcí a mezi skiaskopií a subjektivní refrakcí. Práce obsahuje i manuál pro realizaci skiaskopie.The Bachelor thesis focuses on comparing differences between objective methods of measuring refractive eye defects and evaluates their accuracy of measurement in relation to subjective results. The theoretical part of the work lists the principles, procedures and limitations of skiascopy methods, autorefractometry and subjective refraction. Part of the experimental part is this study, in which an optometristic examination of eye refraction was carried out on a relevant number of probands. The study includes results of skiascopy, autorefractometry and subjective refraction. The results of the differences between skiascopy and autorefractometry, autorefractometry and subjective refraction and between skiascopy and subjective refraction are compared. The work also includes a manual for skiascopy implementation.
