Závádění náhradního zatížení do konstrukce

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je popsán návrh tkaninového závěsu vhodného k zavádění zatížení do konstrukce křídla během pevnostní zkoušky. Nejdříve je provedena rešerše používaných metod zatěžování křídel, následuje rešerše materiálů a lepidel vhodných pro tkaninový závěs. Další částí je návrh tří variant závěsu, jejich pevnostní analýza a experimentální ověření únosnosti. Také je navržen a pevnostně zkontrolován přípravek pro provedení experimentu.This bachelor thesis is about design of a fabric hinge for applying load to the structure during static wing test. Firstly, is done research of used methods of loading wings, then of materials and adhesives suitable for the fabric hinge. Then are designed three versions of the hinge, done their strength analysis and experimentally verified their final strength. There is also designed and analysed apparatus for the experiment.
