This enclosed CD contains 5 folders:
Inputs - contains the simulated input data
Outputs - contains output files from programs in \Programs
Programs - contains source codes
Results - contains p-values obtained from testing
Thesis - contains latex source codes of the thesis.

Each folder contains its own readme.txt file. For more details the reader is reffered to these files.

Additionally, the thesis.pdf file is provided.
